Responsibilities

  • Own and drive growth marketing initiatives end-to-end. From strategy to execution, focused on driving acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth
  • Build and manage scalable demand generation campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels
  • Develop tailored messaging and positioning to reach and engage Primer’s ideal customer profiles across segments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Design, and Customer Success to align on go-to-market efforts, share insights, and continually refine our customer journey
  • Design and execute experiments to test growth hypotheses, leveraging data to iterate and optimise campaigns
  • Contribute to strategic projects that help refine our growth engine. This includes funnel optimisation, channel expansion, and campaign automation
  • Stay on top of industry trends, competitive movements, and emerging channels to identify new growth opportunities
  • Track and report on performance metrics to ensure visibility, accountability, and continuous improvement
