Requirements
- 8-10+ years working in growth marketing with an emphasis on digital advertising or other demand generation channels
- Experience managing and mentoring a growing demand generation team by fostering a culture of creativity, experimentation, and accountability
- Expertise in leveraging analytics to drive campaign performance and optimization
- Project management experience ensuring campaigns are flawlessly delivered on time and on budget
- Demonstrated success in generating a high volume of qualified opportunities and driving strong alignment with sales
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the full-funnel demand strategy across inbound, outbound, and ABM to generate and accelerate pipeline
- Support end-to-end campaign creation, execution, delivery and measurement of all demand generation campaigns
- Execute and continuously improve integrated campaigns across paid media, webinars, email, events, and ABM (1:Many, 1:Few, and 1:1)
- Own and operate paid media across platforms (e.g., Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta, Reddit, etc.), ensuring campaigns are well-targeted, paced to budget, and performance-driven
- Design and implement nurture programs that guide prospects through the buyer journey and increase conversion
- Collaborate closely with Sales, SDRs, Product Marketing, and Marketing Ops to align on messaging, targeting, attribution, and lead flow
- Maintain healthy ad accounts and ensure data integrity, hygiene, and best practices across tools and platforms
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, pipeline influence, lead quality, and conversion ratesβusing insights to optimize programs
- Stay ahead of industry trends and identify new technologies and platforms that improve campaign efficiency and impact
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years in managing Paid Advertising/Digital Marketing programs preferred (experience in marketing B2B SaaS products a strong plus)
