Summary
Join WorkMotion's Marketing Team as an Organic Growth Marketing Manager and contribute to the growth of our SaaS organization. You will be responsible for driving organic traffic, managing social media channels, developing engaging content, and supporting thought leadership initiatives. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 3-5 years of experience in organic marketing, native-level German and business-level English proficiency, and a strong understanding of social media platforms. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in a similar marketing role with a strong focus on organic marketing strategies
- Background in B2B marketing with a successful track record of increasing organic traffic
- Native-level proficiency in German and business proficiency in English, excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- Ability to produce your own content (particularly in German) and to work effectively with our English speaking content manager
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Highest priority: LinkedIn, medium priority: Facebook, Instagram, Reddit) and best practices for each
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate and implement innovative marketing ideas
- Experience on whatโs driving engagement in a B2B audience
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to integrate data into decision-making processes
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and marketing automation tools to manage processes efficiently
- Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
- Be the main driver behind our organic traffic generation and create engagement between potential prospects and our brand
- Develop and implement strategies to manage and enhance WorkMotion's brand image across all social media channels (primarily LinkedIn, but also Facebook, Instagram, and others)
- Oversee the management and growth of WorkMotionโs social media channels by developing and implementing creative and highly engaging social media content. Come up with new initiatives to grow our organic reach and measure their success through data analysis
- Support WorkMotion thought leaders with new ideas to grow their reach and audience (and position WorkMotion as a thought leader in the SaaS and HR tech space)
- Monitor and analyze social media trends to stay ahead and adapt strategies accordingly
- Utilize SEO optimization techniques and tools to enhance visibility and reach of content
