Summary

Join Modernizing Medicine (ModMed) as a Growth Marketing Manager (GMM) and develop the annual marketing plan for assigned verticals. Collaborate with the Go-To-Market team to implement strategies achieving prospect, opportunity, and revenue targets. Work with Creative and Content teams to develop market positioning, conduct competitive analyses, and formulate go-to-market strategies. Understand target market needs and develop internal/external communication plans. Collaborate with various internal teams (Digital Media, Corporate Communications, Product Marketing, etc.) to advance organizational objectives. The role involves creating compelling content, conducting market research, identifying key trends, and presenting campaign results to stakeholders. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in a B2B marketing role with demonstrated examples of demand generation achievement
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, campaigns, and supporting materials
  • Ability to identify key buying influences and develop compelling value proposition statements that drive customer behavior
  • Ability to travel domestically from 15% to 25% and work Eastern business hours

Responsibilities

  • Develop an annual marketing plan for assigned verticals
  • Manage and utilize the vertical's budget to achieve prospect, opportunity, and revenue targets
  • Collaborate with business units and sales teams to create and support the vertical strategy, including go-to-market campaigns (strategy, messaging, estimated budget by channel, and Bill of Assets)
  • Work closely with Product Marketing to generate compelling content that effectively communicates the product's value within the assigned verticals, and develop strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive demand generation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create content for sales enablement tools, white papers, case studies, website copy, print and digital advertisements, videos, webinars, and blog posts
  • Conduct market research leveraging competitive intelligence to inform and drive market strategies
  • Identify key trends, market drivers, and customer requirements for the vertical's products and services, acting as a subject matter expert and sharing insights with sales and product teams
  • Partner with the creative and content team to develop clear messaging that fosters demand and lead generation for assigned verticals
  • Work with the Senior Growth Marketing Manager to adapt corporate campaigns for your assigned verticals
  • Create campaigns focused on critical market drivers for your verticals, such as regulatory compliance, patient engagement, data analytics, operational efficiencies, financial administration and reimbursement, and care management, positioning the verticals as market leaders
  • Research and attend trade shows and event activations, assisting with planning and on-site setup
  • Explore new marketing channels to expand brand awareness and drive demand generation
  • Present new campaigns and results to key stakeholders within the assigned verticals
  • Manage the agenda, content, and execution of Go-to-Market weekly meetings
  • Participate in our "Market Immersion" program, which includes attending demos and visiting current clients, prospects, and Medical Doctor offices

Preferred Qualifications

  • SaaS/Software industry experience strongly desired
  • Healthcare experience preferred
