Requirements
- Responsible for growing and managing large 7-figures monthly budget
- Possess exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign performance data, identify trends, and make data-backed decisions to optimize and scale campaigns effectively
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid search campaigns, focusing on Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and emerging search platforms to scale digital media spend profitably
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-intent, cost-effective opportunities
- Develop bidding strategies to maximize ROI, using a mix of manual and automated bidding tactics (e.g., Target ROAS, Maximize Conversions)
- Partner with the Growth Product team to identify CRO opportunities to increase search relevance and design funnel experiments to improve conversion rate for your channel
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing for metrics like ROAS, CPA, and CTR
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, headlines, and targeting strategies to enhance performance
- Build and implement automation frameworks using platform tools (e.g., Google Ads scripts, automated rules) or third-party solutions to streamline repetitive tasks and improve campaign efficiency
- Analyze search trends, audience behavior, and platform performance to uncover growth opportunities
- Create detailed performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders, highlighting opportunities for further optimization and scalability
- Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visuals tailored to audience segments
- Collaborate with analytics teams to ensure proper tracking, attribution, and data integration
- Manage weekly and monthly budgets effectively, reallocating resources to high-performing campaigns
- Scale paid search efforts to drive significant user acquisition growth while maintaining profitability
Preferred Qualifications
