Join Soda as a Growth Operations Intern and contribute to a fast-paced, high-impact role supporting the company's growth initiatives. You will work directly with a founder and the team, taking ownership of operational tasks across growth, content, and sales. This hands-on role offers opportunities to organize events, manage marketing operations, assist with sales operations, and improve systems and processes. High performance may lead to a full-time position. The internship is particularly impactful during Soda's Launch Week, where contributions are highly valued. Soda is a well-funded, international startup focused on data quality solutions.

Requirements

• Ruthless attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and high responsiveness
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
• Fast learner, quick to pick up new tools and workflows
• Proactive and independent, not afraid to push back when needed

Responsibilities

• Promote, coordinate, and manage webinars
• Source speaking opportunities for founders and team members
• Plan and execute community meetups across the world
• Manage content publication and social media execution
• Run and analyze paid marketing experiments
• Video filming and editing
• Automate and improve manual workflows
• Support CRM hygiene and reporting
• Improving systems and processes across the Growth team

Preferred Qualifications

• STEM or engineering background, or interest in AI/data
• Prior startup, tech sales, or fast-paced work experience
• Business, economics, or related academic background
