Summary
Join Soda as a Revenue Operations Intern and support the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. You will work directly with a founder and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operations, reporting, and efficiency. This hands-on role offers high impact and potential for growth into a full-time position. You will contribute to areas like cross-functional operations support, GTM efficiency, pricing and segmentation support, analytics and tool management, and funnel and usage analytics. Soda is a data quality company with an open-source project used by major companies. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of data quality software.

Responsibilities
- Help align Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success systems (e.g. CRM, marketing automation)
- Coordinate lead and account routing logic with Marketing and SDRs
- Support quarterly planning and retrospective efforts with clean data and insights
- Identify and help fix process bottlenecks across Sales, Marketing, and CS
- Maintain and improve Salesforce CRM hygiene, workflows, and automation
- Support pipeline reviews, forecasting, and performance reporting
- Analyze how different segments respond to pricing and feature sets
- Support pricing model testing with simulation data
- Work with Product Marketing on persona-specific behavior patterns
- Build dashboards and track key metrics like conversion rates and customer acquisition cost
- Assist in attribution modeling and campaign performance analysis
- Evaluate, test, and implement tooling to support scalable growth
- Analyze product usage to uncover activation, retention, and conversion patterns
- Track key PLG metrics: signup β active user β PQL β paid conversion
- Identify drop-offs and bottlenecks across the user journey
Preferred Qualifications
- STEM or engineering background, or interest in AI/data
- Prior startup, tech sales, or fast-paced work experience
- Business, economics, or related academic background
