Collaborate with experienced team members to maintain and improve prospect databases, leverage CRM for optimization, assist in event lead generation, build internal automation tools, and structure outbound processes for BDRs. This role requires at least two years of experience in growth marketing, CRM expertise (HubSpot or Salesforce), and experience in building internal automation processes. Requirements
- Have at least +2 years of experience as a Growth marketer
- Have a solid experience and understanding of CRM tool (Hubspot or Salesforce)
- Have significant experience in building internal automation process
- Have a good understanding of sales issues
- To have a problem-solving mindset
- Be energized by an ever-shifting work environment
- Have good communication skills to talk with various teams
- You are fluent in French & English (level B2/C1 or equivalent)
Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve our prospect database, including scraping, enrichment, and scoring
- Help leverage our CRM to optimize processes, eliminate bottlenecks, and discover new opportunities
- Assist our event team in turning our events into a lead-generation machine
- Build internal automation tools to support sales and the marketing team
- Structure and optimize outbound for our BDRs
Preferred Qualifications
- An experience in a fast-growing company is a plus
- Ideally, you’re familiar with digital marketing (paid acquisition, conversion, SEO…)
