Growth Product Manager
Monograph
Summary
Join Monograph, a firm performance management platform for architecture and engineering, as a Growth Product Manager. You will lead a new product team focused on driving product-led growth by converting free users to paid subscribers. This involves developing a roadmap, executing plans, and collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams. The role requires 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, a user-focused approach, strong analytical skills, and adaptability. The position is mostly remote, with a preference for San Francisco-based candidates. Monograph offers a variety of benefits, including comprehensive healthcare, dental and vision coverage, new equipment, and a wellness stipend.

- Strong systems and analytical thinker. Can connect the dots, spot challenges, edge cases, and balance multiple priorities
- Flexibility and adaptability. We are still a small team with large ambitions. While we believe in strong focus, there inevitably is a lot of fast moving work happening at once. Youβll be expected to keep strong momentum while also pushing back if we lose focus
Responsibilities
- Hold yourself and your team accountable to clear and measurable goals that ensure you are tracking effectively towards the strategy
- Lead the development of a roadmap that delivers those goals, help define the solutions, ensure the execution and measure the results
- Take an experimental approach to driving these outcomes, in a pragmatic way tailored for B2B SaaS (i.e. this is not consumer type A/B testing)
- Do all of the above working collaboratively with your engineering and design partners on your team and other cross-functional partners on the go-to-market teams
