Summary

The job is for a Growth Influencer Marketing Specialist at MANUAL, a fast-growing digital healthcare company. The role involves managing influencers, budgets, collaborating with teams, creating performance creative briefs, and requires strong understanding of data tracking and conversion measurement.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience working in digital marketing
• Strong understanding of the influence journey and how to sell products in this environment
• Experience in creative briefing, copy/content and creators/influencers ads
• Understanding of data tracking and conversion measurement
• Familiarity with all social media channels (Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, Twitter, Twitch...)

Responsibilities

• Manage big budgets and hire influencers
• Collaborate with a high-performing Growth team in Brazil and the UK, sharing results and insights on best practices and strategies
• Develop internal relationships and collaborations with the agency as well as with the operations department to make sure all the contents go live with the correct briefs, products and gifts sent
• Ideate and create performance creative briefs for influencers and creators content

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with high-growth and/or healthcare businesses is advantageous
• Advanced English and fluent Portuguese language skills
