Responsibilities
- Take high ownership of your problem and interface directly with our customers
- Take action to drive growth based on what you hear from our customers on the ground
- Establish your own metrics for success
- Generate clues from customers, marry them with data analysis, and create a path forward to better our marketplace
- Own a market and deliver growth in that market
- Collect data points on the ground to set pricing targets with confidence, and build the process to know when the targets should change
- Double the odds of a successful launch of new markets by being involved
- Solve problems for our customers and for the business
