Summary

Join AssistIQ, a health tech company dedicated to improving the healthcare supply chain, as a Growth Operations Manager. You will be a key member of the growth marketing and sales team, driving product growth and collaborating with various departments. This role requires a scrappy, adaptable individual who can handle diverse tasks, is a team player, and is passionate about healthcare. You will be responsible for setting up marketing and demand generation initiatives, managing the CRM system, and supporting the sales team with various tasks. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Technology, Hospital Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, customer marketing, or sales operations with high growth B2B SaaS companies
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills—both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical skills and business judgment, with the ability to identify market opportunities
  • Motivated, creative, and analytical, with a strong ability to problem-solve
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Passion for solving healthcare problems

Responsibilities

  • Support customer marketing initiatives, including working with Customer Success and our creative marketing team to develop case studies, testimonials, and other content that showcases customer outcomes
  • Support the Business Development and Sales teams with email campaigns, collateral and branding, and any pertinent, proactive data/trends
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce relevant content—web pages, articles, press releases, and campaigns—for target buyers
  • Plan, organize and attend virtual events (webinars) and industry conferences
  • Manage the Marketing asset library and internal product solutions resources
  • Develop product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that resonate with the buying audience
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches and marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing programs and sales enablement initiatives
  • CRM Management: Implement, configure, and maintain the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot), ensuring it's optimized for the sales team's needs, data accuracy and reporting
  • Overseeing the sales funnel, ensuring that contacts can be seamlessly tracked and moved through each stage
  • Ensure regular follow ups with contacts at each stage of the sales funnel
  • Develop tools, resources, and training for the sales team that they need to be successful, including content, presentations, and sales playbooks
  • Develop and implement improvements to the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Support sales team with customer demos and other customer communications
  • Assist in creating sales enablement tools such as competitive comparison guides, messaging maps, FAQs, PowerPoint presentations, and email templates
