Summary
The job is for a GTM Enablement Manager at Deel, responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing the sales methodology to improve the sales team's effectiveness. The candidate should have 3+ years in an enablement or relevant role, deep knowledge of Sandler and/or MEDDICC sales methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years in an enablement, program management role or in relevant areas such as learning and development
- Deep knowledge of the Sandler and/OR MEDDICC sales methodologies
- Keen understanding of the sales audience - minimum two years experience working in a revenue generating or impacting role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales methodology tailored to Deel's SaaS offerings and diverse global markets
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for AEs and SDRs, focusing on skill enhancement and competency development in line with the chosen methodologies
- Establish robust reporting systems to track the effectiveness of the sales methodologies
- Analyze sales performance data to identify improvements and report on key metrics
- Regularly review and update the sales methodologies and training programs based on evolving business needs, market trends, and feedback from the sales team
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to the sales team, helping them to apply the methodologies effectively in their sales activities
- Contribute to the development and upskilling of our Sales teams, including design, delivery, and continuous improvement of programs that improve sales competencies
- Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts across the business and content development colleagues to achieve the methodology goals
