Summary

The job is for a GTM Enablement Manager at Deel, responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing the sales methodology to improve the sales team's effectiveness. Requirements

  • 3+ years in an enablement, program management role or in relevant areas such as learning and development
  • Deep knowledge of the Sandler and/OR MEDDICC sales methodologies
  • Keen understanding of the sales audience - minimum two years experience working in a revenue generating or impacting role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales methodology tailored to Deel's SaaS offerings and diverse global markets
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for AEs and SDRs, focusing on skill enhancement and competency development in line with the chosen methodologies
  • Establish robust reporting systems to track the effectiveness of the sales methodologies
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify improvements and report on key metrics
  • Regularly review and update the sales methodologies and training programs based on evolving business needs, market trends, and feedback from the sales team
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to the sales team, helping them to apply the methodologies effectively in their sales activities
  • Contribute to the development and upskilling of our Sales teams, including design, delivery, and continuous improvement of programs that improve sales competencies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts across the business and content development colleagues to achieve the methodology goals
