Summary
Join Chainguard as a GTM Enablement Specialist and empower our Business Development and sales teams. You will build and execute onboarding programs, manage sales collateral, design and deliver training, analyze sales data, and collaborate across teams. This role requires 1-2 years of experience in sales enablement or a similar B2B role, strong communication and organizational skills, and familiarity with CRM and sales enablement platforms. You will be responsible for creating compelling training materials, tracking program performance, and identifying areas for improvement. Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a similar role in a B2B environment
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, tools (CRM, sales enablement platforms, etc.), and metrics
- Experience with sales training programs and content management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling training materials and sales resources
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce), sales enablement platforms (Showpad), and sales tech stack
- Ability to identify sales challenges and collaborate with cross-functional teams to find effective solutions
Responsibilities
- Build, execution and ownership of BDR team onboarding and continuing education programming, including content creation, delivery, certification, coaching and tracking success metrics. Ability to travel and run monthly new hire programs
- Oversee the management and distribution of sales collateral, including presentations, sales templates, reference guides and product documentation within our enablement platform, Showpad. Partner with content generating teams to ensure materials are up to date, organized and shared effectively
- Assist the Enablement Team in the design and delivery of training programs focused on sales skills, product knowledge and sales processes
- Monitor and track the performance of sales enablement programs and resources through content consumption and course completion. Analyze sales data to identify trends, challenges, and areas where additional support is needed. Share with sales leadership on a regular basis for ongoing coaching
- Help facilitate the flow of information between teams to ensure sales representatives are well-informed and able to speak confidently about products and solutions. Curate and disseminate newsworthy information to Sales
- Support the deployment of onboarding programs for new sales hires, ensuring they are set up for success from day one with proper training, resources, and mentorship
