Summary

Join Keeper Security as a GTM Enablement Specialist and support the development and execution of enablement initiatives to boost sales productivity and customer success. This 100% remote position (with a hybrid option in Chicago) offers a chance to work for a fast-growing cybersecurity company. You will play a key role in shaping Keeper’s go-to-market effectiveness by empowering sales and customer success teams with the best tools, training, and strategies. Responsibilities include managing onboarding programs, maintaining enablement materials, assisting in the creation and delivery of training initiatives, managing scheduling and communications, maintaining the enablement platform, tracking program impact, serving as a liaison between teams, and staying informed on Keeper’s products and strategies. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in enablement, sales operations, or a related field within a B2B SaaS environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in enablement, sales operations, or a related support function within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Familiarity with GTM motions across Sales and CSM teams
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to work cross-functionally with different stakeholder groups

Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding programs for new Sales and Customer Success team members by managing logistics, tracking completion, and updating training content
  • Maintain and organize enablement materials including playbooks, messaging decks, onboarding guides, and certification tracks
  • Assist in the creation and delivery of ongoing enablement initiatives such as product training, methodology sessions, and sales skill workshops
  • Manage scheduling, communications, and follow-up activities for all internal training sessions
  • Maintain and support the enablement platform (e.g., Showpad), ensuring users can easily find and access the most current content
  • Track enablement program participation and impact metrics (e.g., onboarding progress, tool usage, training completions)
  • Serve as a liaison between Revenue Operations and field teams to gather feedback, identify needs, and implement improvements
  • Stay informed on Keeper’s products and GTM strategies to ensure enablement materials stay relevant

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with enablement tools (e.g., Showpad, LMS), CRMs like Salesforce, and content management platforms preferred
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
