Requirements

  • Proven experience in product marketing, marketing, marketing and/or sales operations, sales enablement, or related roles
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in marketing operations, sales, and sales enablement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, content management systems)
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy

Responsibilities

  • Utilize sales, customer, product and market-driven data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement across competitive positioning, customer satisfaction, product adoption, pipeline acceleration and revenue
  • Analyze sales processes and identify opportunities for improvement, streamlining workflows, and enhancing efficiency
  • Track & analyze product lifecycle including product launch performance, pricing, and product adoption and provide actionable recommendations
  • Partner with marketing and sales leadership to align strategies and initiatives and support cross-functional projects
  • Gather requirements for reporting and analytics and build dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
  • Gather insights from sales teams and propose enhancements to sales enablement programs and processes to ensure continuous improvement
