Summary

Join Tremendous, a fast-growing, profitable company, as their first GTM Program Manager. You will build and run the GTM program roadmap, partnering with Product Marketing to create sales enablement materials. Responsibilities include project managing cross-functional initiatives, defining KPIs and building dashboards, and owning onboarding and continuous education for AEs/SDRs. The ideal candidate has proven experience in designing and delivering sales enablement programs, a strong understanding of sales methodologies, and excellent written and visual communication skills. This is a fully remote position based in the Americas, offering competitive pay, equity, and benefits, with a base salary of $120,000-$180,000.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in designing and delivering sales enablement programs that drive measurable results
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, tools, and training techniques
  • Ability to leverage data to assess needs, measure impact, and continuously improve programs
  • Strong written communication skills. We’re a documentation-first culture
  • Strong visual communication skills, with the ability to design compelling and well-structured sales collateral (e.g., slide decks, one-pagers)
  • Desire and ability to work autonomously and drive your work. Tremendous is not a great fit for people who default to waiting for instructions
  • High empathy. You care about your teammates and our users. You can put yourself in their shoes

Responsibilities

  • Build and run the GTM program roadmap
  • Partner with Product Marketing to craft positioning & collateral, then translate it into rep-ready enablement (playbooks, talk tracks, WorkRamp paths)
  • Project-manage cross-functional initiatives (pricing changes, new ICP rollouts, tool implementations) to done
  • Instrument success: define KPIs, spin up dashboards, and iterate
  • Own onboarding & continuous education for AEs/SDRs: measure time-to-first-deal and win-rate lift
  • Act as “mini-Chief-of-Staff” to the Revenue Org: surface risks, propose experiments, and keep leadership unblocked
