Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Deep proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and hands-on experience with Flows, custom objects, and advanced automations
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and system integrations
• Salesforce Administrator Certification required

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior administrator and strategic owner of Fundraise Up’s Salesforce environment
• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce configurations, including custom objects, workflows, automation (Flows), and third-party integrations
• Develop advanced reporting and dashboard solutions that provide actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders
• Own user management, including role hierarchies, permissions, and security settings, ensuring compliance and system integrity
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partner and Operations teams to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions
• Act as a Salesforce subject matter expert, advising on best practices and enabling teams to maximize the platform’s potential
• Support release management, including sandbox refreshes, UAT, and deployment planning
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing robust governance frameworks, audits, and automated processes
• Manage large-scale data migration projects using tools like Data Loader or ETL platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Administrator Certification or additional certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder)
• Experience integrating Salesforce with tools like Gong, Clay, Salesloft, and other revenue operations platforms
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality
