Summary
Join Rescale's world-class Operations team as a Revenue Operations and GTM Systems Specialist! Partner with senior leaders to optimize Salesforce, support field teams, manage quota setting, and enhance sales processes. You will provide front-line support, implement new technologies, and ensure operational efficiency. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with experience in a high-growth environment (revenue operations experience preferred). Responsibilities include training, documentation, and managing administrative functions. The ideal candidate is a team player, independent thinker, and comfortable working under pressure.
Requirements
- 1-5 years of total work experience
- In the absence of direct revenue operations experience, experience working in a high-growth enterprise software startup environment is required
- Top-notch analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to learn and understand complex concepts
- A strong understanding of data and data reporting
- Strong understanding of and ability to learn to use a variety of software and other technologies (this need not be specifically business technologies, it can be anything that shows you have a propensity for learning in this context)
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills that can be applied to all levels of the organization
- Performs well under pressure
- Works well both independently and in a team environment
- Independent thinker
- Willing to accept constructive feedback and unafraid to provide the same
- Takes work very seriously, but doesnโt take themselves too seriously
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support for the Operations team, including front-line sales support, deal management, and general troubleshooting
- Act as a primary resource for front-line support and feedback for Rescaleโs field sales and other go-to-market teams
- Assist with the implementation of new technologies to support Operationsโ initiatives
- Work with the Operations team to design and implement processes that promote and support operational efficiency and data integrity for go-to-market initiatives
- Assist in managing integrations with Salesforce and other sales-related systems
- Manage administrative functions, including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks
- Collaborate with senior leaders across the Operations team and beyond to support major Operational responsibilities
- Support our Sales Enablement Leader to deliver programs and documentation to our users
- Assist in training new users and grow the operational skillset across the organization
- Act as an operational utility player
