Gtm Technology Lead

Summary

Join Rubrik as the RX GTM Technology Lead in Paris, France, a key sales specialist role supporting the broader sales organization with deep industry and technical knowledge. You will educate customers on Rubrik's data protection and management solutions, provide feedback to product teams, and drive new features. This role involves significant travel (approximately 50%) for on-site meetings and events. You will work with customers, regulators, and internal teams, creating presentations and thought leadership pieces. The position offers the potential for team expansion and leadership opportunities. This role requires a solid understanding of backups, high availability, and disaster recovery architectures, along with strong presentation skills and experience.

• Ability to self manage time and projects
• Ability and experience giving technical presentations

Responsibilities

• Work from anywhere, however in normal times, you can expect approximately 50% travel for on site meetings and events
• Be a key resource for Marketing. Writing thought-leadership pieces and speaking / presenting at conferences as needed
• Provide technical & industry guidance in customer calls as required, both in person and remote
• Assist with technical implementations of the product
• Creating and giving presentations on focus area specific knowledge to internal team members
• Work with product management and engineering to discover and address product gaps, providing real world knowledge on product use
• Know European Data Regulations & Laws
• Work with European Regulators to understand what their regulations mean for our customers
• Work to create C-level relationships with customers and look to become a trusted advisor
• Attend internal meetings and events as required, both in person and remote

Preferred Qualifications

• Ideally Scripting experience in a relevant language (Python, PowerShell, Bash, etc.)
• Community activity and involvement
• Ideally a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
