Summary

Requirements

  • 6+ years in a B2B SaaS company with 2+ in a leadership/managerial role
  • Experience in both sales-led and product-led growth
  • Expertise in data analysis, funnel optimization, and cohort-based performance reporting
  • Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing multiple marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, CRO/LPO, paid social, and lifecycle marketing
  • Passion for experimentation and data-driven decision-making
  • Strong ability to prioritize, execute, and follow up on growth initiatives effectively
  • Exceptional English communication and collaboration skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities

Responsibilities

  • Set KPIs and targets, forecast budgets, and own their delivery
  • Lead, grow, and mentor a team of three, empowering them to succeed and supporting their career growth
  • Cultivate a collaborative, inclusive, and fun team culture that aligns with LearnWorlds’ mission
  • Serve as a role model with a hands-on approach, actively contributing to execution and strategic decision-making
  • Develop, test, and iterate on growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Lead the execution of multi-channel campaigns, including SEO, SEM, paid social, mobile marketing, lifecycle marketing, and Account-Based Marketing campaigns
  • Optimize the entire marketing funnel through A/B testing, experimentation, and iterative improvements
  • Own bottom-of-funnel initiatives such as email nurture sequences, review site strategy, and post-event communications
  • Analyze and track user behavior with tools like Google Analytics, Looker, Mixpanel to inform segmentation and targeting strategies
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, making data-backed decisions to optimize ROI and pipeline growth
  • Present insights and performance updates to C-level and the business development leadership team during weekly reporting meetings
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Design, Partnerships & Affiliates, Web-devs, Business intelligence, Performance, and Brand teams to refine user journeys and deliver seamless experiences
  • Align marketing strategies with sales objectives, ensuring strong collaboration and pipeline support
  • Drive MQL production through activities such as webinars, including webinars, exhibitions, sponsorships, and other SME-focused initiatives
  • Work closely with the sales team to implement outbound strategies, ensuring pipeline growth through targeted outreach and engagement programs, as well as maintaining focus on inbound lead generation
  • Ensure all initiatives align with LearnWorlds’ ambitious growth targets for SME markets

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in edtech or related sectors
  • Familiarity with the unique challenges of SMEs
  • Background in growth hacking, performance and iterative testing for marketing optimization
