Summary
Join Go Vocal, a global impact SaaS scale-up, as their Head of Marketing. Lead the marketing strategy, grow international presence, and strengthen the global brand as the company scales to 1000+ cities in three years. You will align team efforts with business goals, lead a team of four, and position Go Vocal as a thought leader in digital civic engagement. The role requires 5+ years of hands-on marketing experience and 3+ years of team management in B2B SaaS. A data-driven approach, tech-savviness, and experience in the public sector or digital democracy are essential. Requirements
- Have 5+ years of hands-on marketing experience, with a strong focus on execution
- Have 3+ years of team management experience in B2B SaaS
- Be a hands-on leader who embraces experimentation and data-driven iteration
- Be a strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to optimizing SaaS KPIs
- Be tech-savvy and analytical, with expertise in SEO, SEA, and automation
- Have experience in or a strong affinity for the public sector and digital democracy
- Be a relationship builder who loves to collaborate effectively across teams
- Be fluent in English
Responsibilities
- Drive our marketing strategy
- Develop, execute, and optimize a growth-focused strategy in collaboration with the GTM Lead
- Use data-driven insights to refine and optimize campaigns and track key SaaS KPIs
- Lead the marketing team
- Guide and mentor a team of four, fostering creativity, experimentation, and collaboration
- Enable your team to execute with agility and innovation
- Strengthen our global brand
- Position Go Vocal as a thought leader in participatory democracy
- Strengthen brand messaging and visual identity by creating impactful campaigns
Preferred Qualifications
- Have additional European languages (German, Dutch, French)
- Preferably work in Central European Time (CET), but living in Eastern Time (ET) is not a blocker
