Requirements
- Proven experience delivering large-scale ATL and BTL campaigns with a strong portfolio of brand work
- Demonstrated expertise in media strategy and planning, measurement models and managing multi-channel campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional leadership and team development abilities
- Experience working with sponsorships, partnerships, and cross-functional teams
- Passion for sports marketing, with a strong understanding of betting and consumer behaviour in the UK
Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve Midnite’s betting and gaming positioning, assets, and campaigns, including football (major tournaments, Start of Season activations, and BAU Football) racing (high profile races & festivals) and gaming (reasons to believe/RTBs)
- Manage multi-million-pound budgets and deliver multi-channel strategies (ATL & BTL) through collaboration with media agencies and internal teams, ensuring optimal performance and actionable insights
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute a sponsorship strategy and deliver impactful activations that grow brand consideration
- Foster alignment with digital PR and social and content to execute integrated campaigns and disrupt the news cycle
- Identify growth opportunities, champion creativity, and drive innovative strategies across all elements of Midnite marketing
