Requirements

  • Typically requires 8+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, though we welcome candidates with equivalent experience from related fields
  • Background in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth
  • Experience leading teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas effectively across various formats and channels
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making
  • Understanding of digital advertising, multi-channel campaigns, and ABM strategies
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with diverse stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Craft the Metadata.io Unique Value Proposition - why do our customers love us, how are we different from the alternatives
  • Champion the voice of the customer by deeply understanding our audience of B2B marketers
  • Drive the creation of compelling content across channels, including blogs, webinars, videos, and social media, to attract and engage our ICP
  • The Brand Ambassador, representing Metadata.io at industry events, speaking engagements, and through personal branding initiatives
  • Lead the development of multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified leads and maximize ROI
  • Leverage data-driven insights to fine-tune marketing efforts, focusing on sourcing pipeline and optimizing CAC
  • Build a compelling and consistent brand narrative across all channels, establishing Metadata.io as a thought leader in digital advertising
  • Create engaging content, including blogs, webinars, videos, and social media, that connects with our audience and elevates our brand
  • Collaborate with teams to maximize event impact, ensuring alignment with broader marketing, customer, and sales goals
  • Set our participation in industry events and establish a presence where it makes the most sense
  • Set and allocate the Marketing budget and targets across all initiatives
  • Report on the Marketing pipeline, conversion, and velocity metrics
  • Run the Marketing team and ensure proper resource allocation and execution

Preferred Qualifications

  • This role involves regular travel (approximately twice monthly) with advance notice
  • The position is based in North America, with flexibility around location. We have hub offices in Toronto, Boston, and NYC, and we welcome candidates from these areas or those willing to relocate
