Summary

Join Anagram, a digital assets holding company, as their Head of Business Development for Glider.fi, a platform for automated on-chain trading. You will own all go-to-market (GTM) and growth operations, working closely with the Founder. This role requires a strong network and thrives in a startup environment. You will develop and execute GTM strategies, build partnerships, generate leads, and foster community engagement. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in business development, a strong network in the crypto space, and a passion for DeFi. Requirements

  • 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or ecosystem growth roles, preferably in Web3, DeFi, or fintech
  • A strong and relevant network within the crypto space, including key players in DeFi, liquidity providers, and institutional partners
  • Ability to define and implement GTM strategies while being deeply involved in execution
  • Experience in structuring and closing partnership deals, with a track record of successful collaborations
  • Deep understanding of DeFi, trading, and on-chain finance, with a strong desire to push the boundaries of innovation
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with a bias for action and autonomy

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market and growth strategy for Glider.fi, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and objectives
  • Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with key ecosystem players, including protocols, DEXs, On and Offchain Data Providers, AI Agents, Wallets, and institutional partners
  • Leverage existing networks and develop a structured pipeline to categorize and prioritize new leads based on strategic impact and feasibility
  • Actively foster relationships within the Web3 community, attending industry events, engaging in online discussions, and positioning Glider.fi as a leader in the space
  • Work closely with the Founder to provide feedback on market needs, customer pain points, and opportunities for product iteration
  • Own and drive strategic initiatives from ideation to execution, ensuring measurable impact on growth and adoption
