Join Hygraph as their Head of Demand Generation and take ownership of the entire acquisition funnel, crafting and executing scalable campaigns to drive high-quality leads and expand brand awareness. You will lead acquisition efforts across various channels (SEO, SEA, paid social, referrals, display, review platforms), optimize the conversion funnel, and build a high-performing demand-gen team. The role requires strong B2B SaaS experience, expertise in performance marketing, and a proven track record of driving full-funnel pipelines in complex, technical markets. You will collaborate with various teams (Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps) to improve funnel efficiency and optimize the martech stack. Requirements
- 6+ years in B2B SaaS demand gen or growth marketing, including min of 3 years in a leadership role βwith success scaling ARR. Preferably from scaling startups
- Proven track record driving full-funnel pipelines in complex, technical markets, with deep analytical rigor
- Expert in lead-gen channels: SEO/SEM, G2, paid social, email, webinars, ABM
- Strong martech fluency: Hubspot, Google Analytics/Tag Manager, A/B tools
- Hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, balancing strategic vision with executional excellence
- Experience building and leading teams, working with agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Develop and own the end-to-end demand generation strategy to accelerate inbound pipeline growth and revenue
- Build & execute integrated campaigns for product launches and category themes
- Craft multi-channel acquisition (organic, paid, social, email), and iterate via A/B testing
- Plan end-to-end, from strategy and budget to execution and measurement
- Lead acquisition: SEO, SEA, paid social, referrals, display, review platforms
- Expand and optimize across owned, earned, and paid channels
- Continuously monitor and improve conversion from top-of-funnel to sales pipeline
- Own lead nurture, retargeting, and conversion rate optimization efforts across digital and email channels
- Optimize on-site conversions and retargeting initiatives
- Hire, mentor, and grow a high-performing demand-gen team
- Work with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps to drive acquisition and improve funnel efficiency
- Oversee the production of SEO, gated, and thought leadership assets aligned to funnel stages
- Ensure content resonates across buyer personas and journey stages
- Partner with RevOps to optimize martech stack (CRM, MA, analytics), implement robust attribution models, and report precise ROI
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in headless/CMS, developer-first tech stacks or enterprise software
- Familiar with PLG or bottom-up growth motions
- Familiarity with AI/ML-driven martech tools
