Requirements

  • You’re a strategic thinker, like to plan for long-term success and scalability, and can make critical decisions with the future in mind
  • You’ve overseen the development of a Growth or Demeand Gen organisation and love building teams of A-players
  • You’ve had success implementing full-cycle Demand Generation campaigns for SaaS businesses that focus on both US & European markets
  • Financially Savvy - You’re no stranger to a multi-million $ budget and know how to optimise it

Responsibilities

  • Scale our Outbound Machine: Support revenue goals by building and scaling a multichannel Outbound channel to bring brands to our doorstep
  • Develop inbound capabilities: Develop and execute best-in-class inbound growth campaigns that allow us to grow sustainably
  • Own Critical Business Metrics: Be responsible for key business Metrics for generating top-of-funnel pipeline
  • Take Creative Approaches to Growth: Think outside the box, be creative to understand the product and our users and come up with innovative growth strategies
  • Enrich our Tech Stack: Build tools and automation that enable us to identify our ICPs and enable our sales team to close deals
