Requirements

  • Relevant experience in growth, marketing, or sales roles, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in a B2B SaaS environment, particularly in developed markets such as the US & Europe (Preferred if extensive experience working in global markets) for over 8+ years
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams across multiple regions
  • Ability to develop and execute a global growth strategy, deeply understanding regional market dynamics and customer behavior
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret complex data, derive insights, and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels
  • A creative thinker who can identify new growth opportunities and execute innovative marketing and sales strategies
  • Experience in managing growth initiatives across diverse geographies, with a strong understanding of cultural and market differences, is a key aspect of this role

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Demand Capture teams, including Paid Media, SEO, Content (including video and social), Video Production, Social Media, Web Development, and Web Design, BDRs. Ensure these teams effectively capture and nurture leads through targeted campaigns and optimized digital experiences
  • Lead the Growth Marketing team, focusing on performance marketing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and innovative marketing strategies that accelerate customer acquisition and retention
  • Collaborate closely with the teams, including BDRs and MREs, to ensure a seamless handoff from marketing to sales, driving high conversion rates and customer success
  • Provide strategic guidance to support the team's development and performance
  • Work with product, sales, customer success, and operations teams to ensure alignment across all growth initiatives. Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Utilise analytics and data insights to inform decision-making, optimize campaigns, and refine growth strategies. Implement rigorous tracking and reporting mechanisms to measure performance and ROI
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in existing and new markets, tailoring strategies to regional nuances and customer needs
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy that drives revenue growth across the US, Europe, APAC, India & the rest of the market segments
