Head of Demand Generation

Summary

Join Sprinto as the Head of Demand Generation and lead a team driving revenue in APAC, India, US, and Europe to establish Sprinto as a global SaaS leader. As the head of demand generation, you will oversee the demand capture teams, lead the growth marketing team, collaborate with sales and enablement teams, provide strategic guidance to support the team's development and performance, work with product, sales, customer success, and operations teams to ensure alignment across all growth initiatives, and utilize analytics and data insights to inform decision-making.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in growth, marketing, or sales roles with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in a B2B SaaS environment
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams across multiple regions
• Ability to develop and execute a global growth strategy
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret complex data, derive insights, and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A creative thinker who can identify new growth opportunities and execute innovative marketing and sales strategies

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Demand Capture teams
• Lead the Growth Marketing team
• Collaborate closely with the teams, including BDRs and MREs
• Provide strategic guidance to support the team's development and performance
• Work with product, sales, customer success, and operations teams to ensure alignment across all growth initiatives
• Utilise analytics and data insights to inform decision-making
• Implement rigorous tracking and reporting mechanisms to measure performance and ROI
• Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in existing and new markets
