Requirements

  • 8+ years of content marketing or communications experience, preferably in HR, SaaS, or a high-growth tech environment
  • Proven ability to develop and execute global content strategies that drive measurable results
  • Experience leading or guiding distributed teams in multiple regions or markets
  • Deep experience working with subject matter experts and senior stakeholders to develop high-impact content that converts
  • A clear, concise, and confident writing style that resonates with global business audiences
  • Strong editorial judgment and a relentless eye for detail
  • Experience managing multiple projects and tight deadlines across global teams
  • A natural collaborator with a deep sense of accountability, curiosity, and creativity

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the creation of compelling case studies, whitepapers, one-pagers, and sales materials that speak directly to our B2B and B2C audiences
  • Build and execute a global content strategy that aligns with business goals, brand tone, and market momentum
  • Guide and empower regional content marketers with strategic direction, frameworks, and editorial support
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure content fuels broader marketing campaigns and demand generation efforts
  • Partner with the SEO and Marketing Automation teams to develop keyword strategies that drive organic growth
  • Optimise all content—blogs, articles, landing pages—for search while maintaining editorial quality and brand voice
  • Monitor SEO performance and adjust content plans based on data, trends, and opportunities
  • Partner with Sales to craft tools and messaging that address real client pain points and clearly communicate product value
  • Maintain and evolve our library of sales assets, ensuring every touchpoint supports conversion
  • Work closely with the social team to amplify messaging and repurpose long-form assets into scroll-stopping moments
  • Act as a key liaison between marketing, sales, and product—ensuring content is always aligned with strategic objectives
  • Lead by influence, guiding regional content teams to maintain consistent brand voice, editorial standards, and performance goals
  • Support the development of internal content guidelines and elevate the brand voice across all platforms
  • Write blog posts, customer stories, and thought leadership reports that educate, inspire, and convert. You’ll make complex topics accessible, always with a sharp editorial lens and a strong point of view
