Requirements

  • A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in marketing roles, preferably in the blockchain, technology, or Web3 space
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring diverse teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing large-scale marketing budgets and driving measurable ROI
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and solve complex marketing challenges
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key partners, agencies, and stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and market penetration
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-business unit executives, to define marketing goals, priorities, and budgets
  • Oversee all aspects of marketing, including brand management, digital marketing, content marketing, social media, events, and public relations
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to reach target audiences and drive lead generation, conversion, and retention
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness, ROI, and campaign performance
  • Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimize marketing spend to achieve business goals and maximize ROI
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, vendors, and industry stakeholders to support marketing initiatives and partnerships
