  • Proven success in developing and executing growth marketing strategies
  • Expertise in increasing subscriber acquisition, engagement, and retention while managing costs effectively
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects
  • Familiarity with various marketing tools and analytics
  • Proficiency in campaign development and execution
  • English - fluent/native level

Responsibilities

  • Crafting and refining marketing strategies to boost business growth and brand presence
  • Lead a high-performing growth team, guiding them to success in an innovative, collaborative, and accountable environment
  • Managing and expanding a team of marketing professionals to reach ambitious growth targets
  • Overseeing the growth and digital marketing budget for optimal resource allocation
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with product, customer service, and finance
  • Enhance and safeguard the company's digital brand presence
  • Discover new growth opportunities and cutting-edge digital marketing trends to drive market expansion and revenue growth
  • Align growth strategies with the company's overarching business objectives
  • Supervise the development, execution, and management of digital marketing campaigns
  • Ensure data-driven, targeted campaigns optimized for maximum ROI
  • Utilize analytics tools for tracking, measuring, and reporting on marketing effectiveness
  • Offer insights and recommendations based on data analysis to fine-tune marketing strategies
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to grasp the competitive landscape, customer needs, and industry trends
  • Regularly review performance and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Ensure sustainable growth by refining marketing funnels and enhancing customer lifetime value
  • Analyze user behaviour data to unveil improvement opportunities and expansions. Present detailed marketing data to stakeholders, showcasing growth insights

  • Experience in using data for decision-making
