Head of Growth

Summary

The job is for a Head of Growth at an AI-powered writing assistant company. The role involves driving top-of-funnel growth, conducting quantitative research, and coordinating with other teams. The position offers a competitive salary, remote work, and additional perks.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience as a growth leader for a B2C consumer product
• World-class understanding of at least 1-2 quantitative channels
• Significant experience in 3-4 other channels
• Excellent written communication skills
• Excellent ability to be scrappy and propose projects and solutions that will move the needle across a variety of situations
• Significant overlap with US time zones

Responsibilities

• Drive measurable and meaningful top-of-funnel growth
• Build a roadmap of experiments to run in both existing and new channels
• Test new channels, managing strategy and execution from start to finish
• Accelerate ongoing work in paid marketing, SEO, affiliate, conversion-rate optimization and influencer marketing
• Conduct quantitative research to address specific growth questions
• Work with agencies and contractors as needed
• Report learnings internally to the founders and team on a regular basis
• Coordinate with the product and engineering teams to implement growth-oriented product changes

Preferred Qualifications

• Former experience as a founder is a plus
• Love for writing and being connected to the writing community

Benefits
