Summary
Join TechBiz Global as a Head of Growth (User Acquisition) and lead the user acquisition strategy for a client with 30M users, aiming to reach 100M within a year. You will own paid media campaigns across various networks, build scalable acquisition funnels, and optimize for CAC and LTV. Responsibilities include performance analysis, creative and funnel optimization, partnership management, and team building. The ideal candidate possesses 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, a proven track record of scaling campaigns, and deep knowledge of media buying. A hands-on approach and comfort with fast-paced environments are essential. This role offers the opportunity to build and lead a team of performance marketers.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, or performance media
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns with clear business impact (e.g., CPA reduction, revenue growth)
- Deep knowledge of media buying mechanics: tracking setups, postbacks, UTMs, pixel optimization
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills — you live in spreadsheets and dashboards
- Experience running and scaling campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads), TikTok Ads, and Google Ads
- Proven ability to lead creative strategy — briefing, testing, and iterating UGC, static, and video ads at scale
- Experience in direct-response marketing (DTC, gaming, high-ticket funnels, or similar industries)
- Hands-on mindset: you’ve managed campaigns yourself, not just directed others
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume environments with imperfect data and fast iteration cycles
- Experience managing people or agencies — and motivated to build your own team once you’ve earned it
Responsibilities
- Campaign Ownership and Scaling
- Take full ownership of paid media campaigns across direct-buy and programmatic networks (e.g., Exoclick, TrafficStars), with potential to expand scope across new channels
- Build scalable acquisition funnels with aggressive growth targets in mind — from media plan to execution and iteration
- Run high-velocity testing loops (creatives, audiences, placements) to optimize CAC and LTV
- Performance Analysis and Strategy
- Monitor performance daily using tools like Voluum, GA4, and internal dashboards
- Drive decision-making through deep analysis of CPA, ROAS, retention, and cohort behavior
- Build and maintain internal reporting frameworks that guide strategic shifts and tactical moves
- Creative & Funnel Optimization
- Own the creative briefing process: define hooks, formats, and angles based on performance patterns
- Collaborate closely with the content and product teams to launch and iterate on high-converting landing pages
- Implement systems to reduce creative fatigue and increase speed of testing
- Partnership Management & Media Strategy
- Build strong relationships with traffic sources and negotiate premium placements and custom deals
- Explore new acquisition opportunities (networks, formats, tools) and build internal evaluation criteria
- Stay ahead of ecosystem changes (platform rules, algorithm shifts) and adapt strategy accordingly
- Automation, Scaling Systems & Team Building
- Identify opportunities to streamline acquisition processes through automation and internal tools
- Create SOPs, playbooks, and experiment pipelines for scaling campaigns efficiently
- Hire and manage a team of performance marketers once traction and ROI are proven
- Grow the user base from 30M to 100M within the next 12 months, optimizing for CAC, ROAS, and LTV at scale
- Build a scalable creative engine : Create and lead processes to brief, test, and iterate performance-driven ad creatives — and hire supporting talent as needed
- Systematize landing page production : Own the process to launch, test, and scale high-converting landing pages across acquisition funnels
- Launch new channels : Identify, test, and scale new paid traffic sources beyond existing ones — bringing structure, speed, and efficiency
- Potentially lead go-to-market for new products under our holding, applying your acquisition playbooks to 0→1 launches
- Prove performance to earn leadership : This is a hands-on role from day one . You’ll run campaigns directly. Once you deliver meaningful results, we’re ready for you to build and lead a team
