Requirements

  • Proven experience in a data-driven growth role, ideally within gaming, Web3, or tech industries
  • Experience in leading teams in Growth
  • Deep expertise in conversion rate optimisation, performance marketing, and lifecycle marketing
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and strategic actions
  • Experience with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and attribution modelling
  • A track record of driving measurable business outcomes through data-led decision-making
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Own the Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) function, leading experimentation across key funnels with ambitious targets and a rigorous testing cadence
  • Drive Performance Marketing, optimising ad spend efficiency, reducing customer acquisition costs, managing creative testing, and implementing sophisticated attribution modelling
  • Oversee Lifecycle Marketing Optimisation, using data-driven segmentation strategies to improve engagement metrics and increase customer lifetime value through retention campaigns
  • Build and refine measurement frameworks to track and analyse growth performance, ensuring strategic decisions are based on actionable insights
  • Partner closely with marketing, product, and data teams to align growth initiatives with broader business objectives
