Summary
Join Veriff as the Head of Growth Marketing and lead the global growth marketing team, playing a pivotal role in customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will oversee the acquisition funnel, develop growth strategies, and manage a team of regional marketing managers. Responsibilities include leading efforts to acquire new customers, designing marketing campaigns, and collaborating with other teams. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of marketing experience in SaaS, 3+ years managing teams, and a proven track record of successful campaigns. Requirements
- 7+ years of marketing experience in the SaaS space
- 3+ years of experience managing teams
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and a passion for continuous improvement
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and user experience design
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on leadership to an international team of growth marketers across the US, EMEA and LATAM to ensure effective team performance and development
- Lead efforts to acquire new customers through various channels
- Design, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns
- Drive channel acquisition growth by identifying new messaging, targeting, and capability opportunities
- Collaborate with the product marketing and creative teams to inform them of campaign performance and strategize on creative development with customer-centric direction
- Partner with account management teams to drive loyalty and growth with existing customers
- Drive continuous improvement in the marketing division by enhancing processes, emphasizing data-driven decision-making, and fostering a culture of excellence

- Previous experience within the identity verification industry or related fields
- Experience working in a high-growth tech company
- Experience in managing budgets and optimizing ROI
