Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience managing complex hardware & software deployment projects, ideally in restaurant tech or a similar industry
  • Proven track record leading high-stakes implementations where flawless execution is essential to customer satisfaction
  • Experience building and leading implementation teams at scale, involving large volumes and multi-faceted complexity (inside teams, field reps, and third-party installers)
  • Strong technical background in hardware systems, installation processes, and troubleshooting methodologies, with direct experience overseeing deployments at scale
  • Proven ability to harmonize customer trust-building with operational efficiency and process improvement methodologies like Six Sigma
  • Exceptional people management skills, with experience hiring, motivating and developing high-performing, geographically distributed teams
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically while executing tactically
  • Strong project management abilities, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management, paired with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfort navigating fast-paced, evolving environments with a focus on integrating new technologies and optimizing for future growth
