Summary
Join Booksy as the Head of Lifecycle Marketing and own the end-to-end customer journey for providers and customers on a leading global platform. Lead a team of 4-5 CRM specialists, planning and delivering CRM campaigns while ensuring seamless CRM stack integration. You will build and scale segmented lifecycle programs to drive engagement, improve retention, and increase customer lifetime value (LTV). Success requires demonstrable lifecycle marketing experience (ideally in SaaS or marketplace), deep CRM platform understanding, excellent communication and leadership skills, and expertise in customer segmentation and data-driven marketing. The role involves collaboration with product, data, and engineering teams. This is a fully remote position.
Requirements
- Demonstrable breadth and depth of success in lifecycle marketing ideally within a SaaS or marketplace environment
- Deep understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Iterable) and experience managing a CRM tech stack and Customer Data Platform (CDP)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with product, data, and engineering teams
- Expertise in customer segmentation, data-driven marketing strategies, and personalization techniques
- Experience in driving customer acquisition, onboarding, retention, and reactivation strategies with measurable results
- Familiarity with marketing attribution models and ability to optimize the marketing funnel
