Requirements
- Experience in a role developing, integrating and architecting MarTech stack with Leadership experience in with B2C & B2B marketing, lead & pipeline management, multi-touch attribution, email marketing, data strategy & governance, and system integration
- Hands-on expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Adobe, 6Sense, Drift, etc), CRM (ex: Salesforce) and global enrichment platforms (ex: ZoomInfo, Lusha, Cognism, etc)
- Proven experience designing and implementing omnichannel customer journeys, with the ability to create seamless, data-driven customer experiences across email, push, SMS, and web personalization
- Strong background in customer data platforms for unifying customer data, building robust audience segments, and ensuring activation across multiple marketing channels
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proven experience in leading large-scale MarTech implementation projects in a complex, matrixed organization
- Strong desire to take ownership of products and projects, ensuring successful implementation and alignment with business goals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering business value
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong knowledge of MarTech trends, including the use of AI, MarTech architecture, and best practices
- Familiarity with APIs, ETL processes, and data pipelines
- Knowledge of data warehousing, customer segmentation, and analytics tools like Databricks, PowerBI, etc
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical strategy for MarTech to drive efficiency and scalability within the marketing organization, contributing to overall business growth
- Create plans and strategies to support our B2C and B2B marketing motions and develop a technology strategy that effectively serves an Omni-channel marketing strategy
- Enhance marketing campaign effectiveness through data-driven insights and optimized processes while ensuring alignment between marketing and sales, fostering seamless collaboration and achieving shared goals
- Improve lead management and nurturing processes, resulting in higher quality leads and increased conversions
- Ensure marketing automation tools provide clear, intuitive, properly contextualized and actionable information that enable marketing teams to make quick well-informed decisions when using them
- Foster strong partnerships across BizTech, Marketing Analytics and Operations to execute the MarTech roadmap with velocity
- Governance and compliance by ensuring the MarTech stack complies with data privacy and security standards and establishing best practices for tracking, reporting, and data management overall across the MarTech stack
- Serve as a thought leader in the marketing transformation space, sharing best practices and insights with both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Lead and mentor a global team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and resources to achieve their goals
