Summary

The job is for a Head of Marketing in a mental health startup, responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption among both business clients and end consumers. The role requires creativity, strong storytelling skills, and a hands-on approach to building and executing marketing initiatives across diverse channels.

Requirements

• A desire to work for a mission-driven company that helps improve lives of our patients on a day-to-day basis
• 6+ years of relevant marketing experience, with strong background in digital marketing
• Experience in both early stage and later stage companies
• Experience in B2B2C
• A highly creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative and compelling campaigns that captivate and engage diverse audiences
• Strong storyteller skills with the ability to develop messaging that get customers’ attention and build brands that people love
• Ability to handle chaos, ambiguity, and complexity in a detailed and organized way
• Team player who is proactive, accountable and solution-oriented
• High IQ/EQ, leading with humility, integrity, and intellect
