Summary

Subspace Labs is an early-stage startup developing a decentralized blockchain platform powered by AI and Web3. The Head of Marketing will lead marketing efforts, including strategic leadership, brand positioning, go-to-market strategies, data optimization, content creation, partnership development, product collaboration, economic alignment, industry engagement, and event presence. The role requires senior marketing experience, Web3 and AI expertise, startup agility, creativity, and a collaborative spirit.

Requirements

• At least five years in senior marketing roles with a demonstrated track record in leading teams and launching successful products
• Minimum three years of experience in the Web3 industry, with a strong interest or background in AI and blockchain technologies
• Previous involvement in an early-stage technology startup, ideally within the FinTech, RegTech, or Crypto sectors
• Ability to navigate the dynamic startup landscape with creativity and resilience
• Exceptional creativity in developing marketing campaigns
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Lead and expand marketing and communications teams, setting a vision that aligns with Subspace's goals
• Drive the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies to enhance Subspace's brand and ecosystem
• Plan and execute captivating go-to-market strategies for products and services, overseeing successful launches and sustained marketing campaigns
• Employ analytics to measure the impact of marketing initiatives and refine strategies accordingly
• Oversee the creation and dissemination of impactful content across various platforms, engaging target audiences and fostering community growth
• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that enhance Subspace's ecosystem and contribute to network growth
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to align marketing efforts with product development
• Ensure marketing strategies complement the tokenomics and crypto-economic incentives of Subspace, fostering a healthy and sustainable network growth
• Build and maintain relationships with key media, influencers, and industry figures to elevate Subspace's visibility and reputation
• Represent Subspace at industry events and conferences, enhancing brand recognition and forging meaningful connections
