Summary
Join The Mill Adventure, a rapidly growing iGaming company, as their Head of Marketing! You will be responsible for creating and executing the marketing strategy, building brand identity, and increasing brand recognition. This hands-on role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and managing the marketing budget. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in senior marketing leadership within the iGaming industry, strong strategic planning skills, and proven success in building and managing marketing budgets. Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, within the iGaming industry
- Clear experience with building strategy, setting structure and measuring results in everything brand management
- Competency in building and following marketing budgets
- Education in Marketing (Master Degree preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Structured approach to work
- Great organisational and prioritization skills
- Autonomous and self-motivated
- High learning drive
Responsibilities
- Create a clear marketing strategy and subsequent marketing roadmap, with a data driven, research-based approach
- Own the marketing and PR functions within the organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially Sales, Product Development, and Operations, to drive brand awareness, loyalty, and revenue growth
- Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns to promote our platform and services
- Increase brand awareness through robust, multi-channel marketing strategies that deliver measurable results
- Oversee the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, promotions, and public relations
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize return on investment
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure competitive advantage
