Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in marketing with a proven track record of senior marketing leadership driving results in the computer software industry, ideally in Product-led B2B SaaS
  • Deep understanding of the SMB SaaS industry, including knowledge of SaaS business models, target markets, and customer acquisition strategies

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities
  • Define target customer segments and develop effective positioning and messaging strategies
  • Drive product-led journey lead generation initiatives to expand the customer base
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, content marketing, email marketing, events, and partnerships
  • Optimize marketing campaigns to maximize conversion rates and return on investment (ROI)
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with sales objectives and support the sales funnel in a coordinated and effective manner
  • Develop and maintain a strong, differentiated brand identity that resonates with the target audience
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels and touchpoints
  • Collaborate with Product Management to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches
  • Create compelling product messaging and positioning that highlights the unique value proposition of our SaaS offerings
  • Develop marketing collateral, sales enablement materials, and product-related content to support the sales process
  • Manage the end-to-end customer journey and the marketing content, from initial contact for subscription renewal
  • Develop and execute a content marketing strategy to establish the company as a thought leader in the industry
  • Create and oversee the production of high-quality content, including blog articles, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and webinars
  • Leverage content marketing to drive brand awareness, engage prospects and customers, and support lead generation efforts
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of marketing initiatives
  • Utilize marketing analytics and data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and tactics
  • Provide regular reports to the executive team on marketing performance, trends, and recommendations for improvement
  • Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance and support in day-to-day operations
