Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize ongoing relationships with vendors that support our core offering (e.g., logistics partners, payments, sales tax vendors), including pricing negotiations
- Operationalize new partnerships including vendor evaluation and selection processes
- Develop strategy for new categories of partnerships (e.g. with returns providers)
- Lead, set strategy for, and manage the CX team, ensuring an exceptional customer experience
- Build scalable, efficient processes that improve service delivery while reducing costs over time
- Establish a strong feedback loop between CX and other teams to drive continuous improvements
- Assess viability of entering new markets and develop plans for executing on new market expansions including identifying and evaluating new partners, understanding local laws and scoping operational requirements
- Take on biz ops projects and build out the business operations function in the future
- Proactively identify and solve operational bottlenecks across the organization
- Potentially lead strategic planning and OKR setting and tracking in the future
