Requirements

• Have experience collaborating with company owners, leading teams, problem-solving with clients, and managing finances
• Skilled at setting up and maintaining systems, enjoy mentoring and giving feedback, and work well with team members from various backgrounds

Responsibilities

• Oversee project management, ensuring quality control and team efficiency
• Liaise with our accountant and bookkeepers to maintain accurate monthly invoices
• Facilitate team development activities, such as planning retreats and team-building exercises
• Provide support for business development initiatives and hiring processes, requiring proficiency in creating presentations and decks

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with agencies or consultancies of 10-40 people
• Previous experience with U.S.-based teams
• Graphic design skills
• Experience with Hubspot (CRM) or Streamtime (project management)
