• Boost profitability by strategically reducing new client costs across all the care teams (200+ individuals) fueling Mindbloom’s growth and mission
• Drive Scalable, Life-Saving Access: Forecast and deliver clinician and guide capacity, ensuring clients get the life-saving care they need without delay
• Seamless Client Journeys: Minimize reschedules and fulfillment issues, delivering reliable, transformative experiences to every client
• Operationalize Breakthrough Therapies: Operationalize two new clinical products, expanding access to next-generation mental health treatments
