Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships, driving partner engagement and revenue growth, and building robust reporting methodologies. This role requires extensive experience in partnerships and business development, ideally within the InsuranceTech sector. You will need a proven track record of driving growth, managing complex projects, and creating effective processes. Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in partnerships and business development
  • You have a proven track record of driving growth within an organization, and ideally have experience working with complex, strategic or enterprise accounts with numerous stakeholders and multiple workstreams
  • You take extreme ownership over projects and initiatives you lead. You can seamlessly manage multiple competing priorities and have experience exercising creativity when met with difficult constraints or limited resources
  • You have experience creating, launching, and maintaining processes, programs, and content used by both internal and external teams

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert in how and why our partners work with us
  • Identify and evaluate mutually beneficial opportunities to increase partner engagement, revenue, and product usage
  • Establish strong relationships with key partners and work closely with them to develop joint business plans and go-to-market strategies
  • Drive the development and ongoing maintenance of partner enablement and engagement strategies, processes, and materials in connection with our partnership strategy
  • Work cross-functionally with both internal and external teams with the insights, messaging, frameworks, tools, and processes required to drive successful outcomes
  • Build, refine, and maintain the reporting methodologies and documentation approach, inclusive of both internal and external playbooks, frameworks, and dashboards

Preferred Qualifications

InsuranceTech back ground is preferred and existing relationships with GSI's Insurance practice leaders is a plus
