Requirements
- Strong product management experience in the global payments space
- Previous experience designing and building payments systems
- Understanding of risk management associated with these payment options
- Entrepreneurial mindset: Experience working in a fast-paced environment with competing resources and priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Metrics driven with proficiency in identifying, defining, tracking and acting upon metrics
Responsibilities
- Drive payment product / business on OKX to world-class, provide global users with the best user experience payment product with the lowest payment channel cost
- Define & manage product roadmaps, features including user experience and end-to-end integration with local & international payment providers
- Grow customer base and transaction volume by defining & driving every aspect of payment products (ACH, Cards, Wire, SEPA, FPS, FAST, PIX, etc) from developing the roadmap/backlogs/iterations in order to hit your goals & KPIs
- Evaluate and verify your squad deliverables, plan the resources of payment quad, work with important stakeholders to bring your product to go to market
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Passion for Bitcoin, crypto, Defi and blockchain technology
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
