Summary

Reporting to the EVP and General Counsel, you will lead all aspects of the HR function, creating a world-class people and talent strategy aligned with the company's vision. You will be responsible for talent acquisition, communications, people operations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and more. This role requires a proven track record in HR leadership, experience in scaling organizational systems, and expertise in HRIS systems and workflows. The ideal candidate is a solution-oriented, collaborative leader with strong business acumen and the ability to influence. Requirements

  • Proven action- and solution-oriented HR leader with the ability to operate effectively in both strategic and hands-on environments
  • Strong business acumen and ability to proactively tie the People strategy and programs to the company’s business needs
  • Prior experience building, developing and mentoring high-performing teams in a high-performance and fast-paced environment, ideally including within the tech industry
  • Excellent organizational and management skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Demonstrated expertise in HR strategy, talent development, recruiting and building teams
  • Experience in scaling organizational systems and people operations processes (e.g. onboarding, employee experience/satisfaction and performance management) at high-growth companies
  • Expertise in HR IS systems and workflows, benefits programs, total rewards and compensation, employment regulation and other relevant subject matter

Responsibilities

  • Create a world-class people and talent strategy that aligns with the vision, mission and corporate strategy of the company and drives a high-performance culture
  • Lead all aspects of the function, including talent acquisition, communications, people operations, performance management, compensation & benefits, retention, leave and more
  • Define, develop and deploy a system for ongoing measurement of employee engagement and driving proactive steps to increase employee engagement and retention
  • Create business-oriented policies and procedures for the HR function that drive clarity and transparency for managers and employees
  • Implement the right systems and processes that enable scale, such as career planning, onboarding, training, leveling, performance management, etc
  • Provide active guidance and partnership to leadership on how human capital strategies can support hitting their business goals

  • Experience adding critical value at the executive level as a trusted advisor to the senior leadership team preferred
  • Direct, clear, concise and exceptional communicator
