Summary

Join Everbridge, a global tech company focused on critical event management and enterprise safety solutions, as an International Operations Administrator. This remote position, based in Hungary, involves supporting internal teams and clients worldwide within the Global Operations Center. You will report to the Head of International Assistance, contributing to smooth incident responses and critical event management. The role includes a shift pattern of approximately 14 shifts over four weeks, with a night shift allowance. Requirements

  • A keen eye for detail and high levels of accuracy in documentation
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure in high-stakes or sensitive situations
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the confidence to take initiative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • A passion for delivering great customer service
  • Comfortable with technology and experienced in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Quick to learn new software platforms and follow detailed procedures
  • Experience working shift patterns (nights, weekends, holidays)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor departmental inboxes and respond to inbound/outbound client emails with precision and professionalism
  • Create, update, and maintain cases in our dedicated case management system
  • Collaborate across global teams to ensure timely response, verification, authorization, task reassignment, and seamless case handover
  • Provide top-tier administrative support in response to global incidents and events following strict operational procedures
  • Draft detailed and accurate situation reports for clients, understanding their unique protocols and emergency requirements
  • Support medical and security teams by facilitating key operational tasks and assessments
  • Monitor SOS alerts and check-in emails from travelers in real time
  • Contribute to the rollout and ongoing support of mass communication platforms
  • Identify areas for process improvement and help evolve operational procedures
  • Participate in regular team meetings and ensure smooth shift handovers to maintain a 24/7 seamless service
  • Know when and how to escalate issues or risks, ensuring we maintain a high level of service excellence

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in case management or emergency response systems is a big plus
  • Multilingual skills are an advantage but not essential
