Requirements

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on leveraging data to drive decisions and improve performance

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top talent across all functions
  • Build and maintain scalable hiring processes that align with the company's rapid growth trajectory
  • Collaborate with leadership to forecast hiring needs and design workforce planning initiatives
  • Lead, mentor, and grow the recruitment team, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Ensure the team is equipped with the tools, resources, and training necessary for success
  • Champion an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our brand and values
  • Implement feedback loops to continuously improve the recruitment process
  • Oversee innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent, particularly in competitive markets
  • Partner with Marketing and HR to strengthen the companyโ€™s employer brand and showcase it as a top-tier workplace
  • Leverage recruitment metrics to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and make informed decisions
  • Present hiring reports and insights to the executive team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Bring deep experience in recruiting for startup environments, understanding the nuances of scaling teams efficiently
  • Build agile recruitment processes capable of adapting to rapid organizational changes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience scaling teams across multiple geographies is a plus
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
